The history of our rental service is briefly told. We NEVER wanted to be in the short-term rental business. But as life sometimes plays it often comes differently than you think. There it was - the first apartment in 2020. Today we actually have a few of them, as you can see on our rental page. 

We've had a few setbacks. Less dramatic ones and incredible ones that you wouldn't think possible. For us, operationally, it was never a challenge to face these tasks and we grew from it. From today's point of view, it was even a gain and we are grateful that it turned out the way it did. We like to be hosts with heart and again with a lot of heart.

This is another reason why we are constantly expanding our range of services. Of course, a welcome with soft drinks and small nibbles awaits every guest. 

         

But also in the bathroom you will find soap, shower gel, sunscreen, feminine hygiene products, sewing kit (just in case), toothpaste and toothbrushes.

For a peaceful sleep we provide our pollutant-tested 3D sleep masks and soft earplugs (if someone needs absolute silence).

Our little guests are also taken care of. Our baby crib complies with German safety regulations. It ensures restful sleep, is also playpen (side part can be opened), has an integrated changing mat and a generous bottom silo for the care products of the little ones. TÜV-certified bedding and our height-adjustable children's high chair round off our range of services for our youngest guests. They may simply feel like at home.

                                                                

So that you can start your vacation stress-free, we offer you the appropriate services for your arrival, which you can take advantage of (for a small service fee), but of course you don't have to. These include:

- SHOPPING SERVICE - we do the first shopping for you so you can arrive in peace.

- No more waiting at the airport counter of Vodafone and Orange for a SIM CARD. We will bring it to you and you can immediately receive your card and start using it.

- MONEY CHANGE: In all stores and restaurants, foreign currencies are no longer allowed to arrive since March 22. So if you arrive you should have EGP in your pocket. So that you do not have to run immediately to the bank, we offer you the service to receive directly with us during the transfer or check-in your starter set of maximum 2500 EGP. 

The service offer is very versatile. However, we ask you to give us the chance to prepare for it. Therefore, each service 48 hours before arrival must be registered with me at +491722515694 via WhatsApp. If you arrive later we will of course help you, but only if we can arrange it somehow. Unfortunately, there is no guarantee that it will work.

The same applies to additional furniture such as office desks (for people who spend their home office time with us, our baby crib and our high chairs. Please book early. We can only guarantee furniture if it is available and not needed for another vacation pirate.
